This full-time position will see you play a vital role in store management. You'll focus on training staff, providing exceptional customer service, and actively resolving issues. Collaborate with store management to set performance goals and ensure effective execution of merchandise operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver coaching and model superior service for associates
• Proactively manage consumer concerns following guidelines
• Facilitate training on LS&CO culture and store policies
• Collaborate on talent engagement and performance feedback
• Execute cash handling and merchandise management processes
Requirements:
• Strong supervisory skills with a focus on coaching
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or GED is desirable
• Reliable transportation is a must
