Shape the customer shopping experience as a Retail Supervisor s role centers on fostering exceptional service while achieving sales targets through focused team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold high customer service standards aligned with PUMA values
• Drive towards achieving sales, KPIs, and profitability targets
• Assist in the hiring and development of team members
• Control payroll for efficient scheduling
• Communicate merchandising opportunities to management
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail experience in a customer-centered setting
• Proven ability in meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Strong verbal communication skills for group presentations
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds
• Available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
