As a Customer Service Desk Associate, you will interact with customers and address their inquiries while following company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Properly execute Refund Automation procedures
• Complete all necessary defective slips
• Provide customers with information and assistance
• Ensure records for sales tax exemptions are accurate
• Verify all returned merchandise before restocking
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years old or older
• Ability to represent company values professionally

• Attention to detail in handling merchandise
