In this role, you will partner with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and ensure the accuracy of merchandise updates. Key skills include excellent communication, efficient problem-solving, and strong time management. You will contribute to maintaining Sephora’s high standards of cleanliness and merchandising, creating a welcoming environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain organized stockrooms per company standards
• Provide knowledgeable service to clients during store hours
• Assist in cashier training on POS and MPOS systems
• Participate in inventory control and loss prevention efforts
• Ensure compliance with merchandising policies
Requirements:
• 1–2 years retail/client service experience
• Strong organizational and arithmetic skills
• Ability to multitask while addressing client needs
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• High School diploma or equivalent required
