Elevate Sephora’s retail experience as a Full-Time Operations Consultant in Delta, BC. You'll assist in stockroom organization and ensure top-notch client service during store hours.
Located at Tsawwassen Mills, the Operations Consultant role partners with the Operations Supervisor to maintain merchandise standards. A successful candidate will have 1-2 years of retail experience and strong organizational skills, supporting inventory management and cashier duties. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver friendly, professional client service
• Maintain cleanliness in the cashier zone
• Organize stockroom as per company standards
• Process shipments and inventory transfers promptly
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in retail/client service, preferably in stockroom
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task while serving clients
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
