Enhance SEPHORA's retail experience as a full-time Operations Consultant at the Tsawwassen Mills location. Focus on stockroom organization, merchandise updates, and customer service to foster a welcoming environment.
The Operations Consultant works closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure effective stockroom management and merchandising standards. You will deliver exceptional client service during store hours, assist in cashier training, and maintain cleanliness in the cashier zone.
Your role is crucial in supporting inventory control and addressing concerns related to stock and visual displays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable client service
• Assist in training cashiers on POS and MPOS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
• Organize stockroom to meet company standards
• Process inventory and report issues to supervisors
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail or client service experience
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Flexible availability for shifts
• High School graduate or equivalent
