Your role will focus on seamless client service and efficient store operations.
In this full-time position at Tsawwassen Mills, you will facilitate the store's operations, including mentoring cashiers on best practices. Your responsibilities include inventory processing, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring adherence to Sephora’s merchandising standards. You'll work collaboratively to engage with clients and uphold operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer friendly, knowledgeable service to clients
• Assist in training new cashiers and consultants
• Ensure cleanliness in the cashier zone
• Handle stockroom tasks per company standards
• Report inventory concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
• Retail or client service experience preferred
• Good computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
