Customer-Centric Retail Sales Associate

Become a key player in our retail team as a Sales Associate dedicated to exceptional customer service and brand advocacy. In this role, you will maintain our visual merchandising and support store operations efficiently.

We are in search of a Sales Associate who is passionate about retail. This role requires an energetic individual to greet and assist customers, process transactions, and execute daily operational tasks. You will build valuable product knowledge to communicate effectively with customers and drive sales through suggestive selling strategies, while helping maintain a clean, organized store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations

• Process transactions accurately using our POS system

• Organize and clean store merchandise regularly

• Perform stocking tasks including receiving shipments

• Collaborate with the Store Manager on operations and reports

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Retail experience is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must have flexible availability for shifts

• Physical capability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods
