Lead a vibrant team as a Full-Time Store Supervisor at Dockers® in Tsawwassen, BC. Foster a culture of inclusion while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this pivotal role, you will support the management team by engaging customers and supervising store operations. Your focus will include training employees on product knowledge and service practices, as well as resolving escalated consumer issues. You will also help manage daily operations to achieve store sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers and exemplify service behaviors
• Resolve consumer issues with a customer-first approach
• Participate in training and onboarding of new associates
• Work closely with management to meet performance targets
• Oversee cash handling and merchandise operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail supervision and training
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends
• Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
