Your role involves supporting sales goals, managing daily operations, and coaching team members while creating an engaging shopping atmosphere. Your leadership will contribute to a customer-first culture, guiding the team to enhance service and compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support store performance through sales goal achievements

• Assist daily operations including cash management

• Maintain high merchandising standards and store presentation

• Coach and develop team skills and confidence

Requirements:

• 6+ months of retail leadership experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
