Your responsibilities include creating engaging in-store displays, following weekly merchandising briefs, and utilizing advanced visual techniques to attract customers. You'll also analyze sales figures for optimal product placement while supporting team development in visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs effectively

• Create enticing window and in-store displays

• Alter mannequins and displays seasonally

• Set up and monitor in-store promotions

• Communicate feedback to the Town Merchandiser

Requirements:

• Minimum six months of retail experience

• Visual merchandising skills are a plus

• Adaptable with excellent time management

• Strong communication abilities

• Creative mindset and open to feedback
