Job Details
- Salary: 37.00 to 39.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
- Terms of employment:
Permanent employment, Full time
- Secondary high school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years experience in butchery or related field
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
- Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- A permanent resident of Canada
- A temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
