Tropical farm Market & Meats is currently looking for Two Grocery store butchers who can join immediately.
Location: 11190 84 Ave Delta, BC Canada V4C 2L7
Wage: $24.00 / hour
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 40 hours/week
Start date: As soon as possible
Language: English
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Cut carcasses, sides and quarters.
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
- Remove bones from meat.
- Cut poultry into parts.
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish.
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets.
- Grind meats.
- Slice cooked meats.
- Prepare special displays of meat, poultry and fish products.
- No Education Required
- Experience:
1 to 2 years of related field
