Mind Games, a leading specialty retailer in North America, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. As a Retail Sales Associate-Key Holder, you will help manage the store’s daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain organized inventory.
Your role will facilitate creative experiences for customers passionate about games and puzzles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and answer inquiries with enthusiasm
• Operate the POS system for accurate transactions
• Restock products and manage inventory levels
• Serve as a product expert for customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals consistently
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or retail
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous supervisory experience recommended
