As a Brand Ambassador for American Eagle, your role revolves around enriching guest experiences through engaging interactions and product knowledge. You will facilitate guest connections, support the AEO loyalty program, and adapt flexibly across various store functions. Integrity and teamwork are at the heart of this position and reflect AEO’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Provide advice and education on AE and Aerie products

• Share enthusiasm for the loyalty program

• Assist in multiple store duties as required

• Resolve concerns with a solutions-focused approach

Requirements:

• Passion for customer interaction and service excellence

• Previous experience in retail is an asset

• Available for evening and weekend shifts

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Genuine interest in American Eagle and Aerie clothing
