Mind Games is searching for motivated team members to enhance the shopping experience at Tsawwassen Mills, Delta, BC. As a Retail Sales Associate-Key Holder, you will greet customers, operate the POS system, and maintain an organized store.
Your role also includes guiding customers and meeting sales goals to ensure store profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and recommend products based on needs
• Operate POS for smooth payment processing
• Keep the store neat and well-stocked
• Provide product expertise and guidance to customers
• Meet or exceed sales goals consistently
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of sales or retail experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in key-holder duties preferred
