Customer-Focused Sales Associate Role

Join our retail team as a Customer-Focused Sales Associate. Deliver exceptional service and help maintain our store's high visual standards through excellent merchandising and customer interaction.

We are looking for an energetic Sales Associate to support our retail operations.

Your role will revolve around outstanding customer service, processing transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system, and upholding store cleanliness. Additionally, you'll execute daily stocking tasks and collaborate with management on special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations

• Process transactions accurately at the Point of Sale

• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance

• Execute daily inventory stocking and shipment tasks

• Support management with operational tasks and reports

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
