As a Keyholder for Pet Valu, you will play a significant role in daily operations and engage with our customers to ensure they get the best products for their pets. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with sales and product recommendations
• Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure cleanliness through sweeping and dusting tasks
• Help unload deliveries and stock items up to 50 lbs
• Assign daily tasks to team members in manager's absence
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
• Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
