WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Field calls from customers, technicians, and sales representatives and perform timely follow-up and response on all service requests.
- Assist with warranty/ exchange tracking and reconciliation.
- Assist with parts requests and order.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of various service reports.
- Interface with vendors for parts pricing and delivery.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in inventory control, parts and/or service related role
- Superior customer service skills
- Technical proficiency, Microsoft office, inventory or service software is an asset

Compensation: The posted range for this position is $45,000-$54,000 annually.
