As part of Lindt's team, you will supervise the operations of our Chocolate Shop while ensuring high standards of customer experience. Your ability to motivate the team and manage daily tasks will be essential in achieving sales goals and maintaining inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing all operations of the store
• Promote corporate sales and monitor profitability
• Establish and uphold customer service standards
• Lead training initiatives for store associates
• Handle merchandise orders and inventory management
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education is mandatory
• Five years of retail experience with management
• Expertise in inventory control and order processes
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
