Join Bass Pro Shops as a Retail Lead and oversee daily store operations. Manage a team while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in retail.
As a Retail Lead, you will report to the Group Sales Manager and be responsible for guiding your team through daily tasks. Your experience in customer service will enhance the shopping experience while you train staff, ensure compliance with procedures, and foster a positive work environment. You will also be pivotal in resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise department team effectively
• Provide clear task direction to team members
• Train staff on operating procedures
• Ensure proper execution of customer service standards
• Promote company programs and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
• Supervisory experience in sales or service
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven ability to provide superior customer service
• Experience with outdoor lifestyle products is valued
