Responsibilities- Deliver personalized customer service, styling recommendations, and detailed product knowledge.
- Build client relationships through outreach, clienteling tools, and digital resources.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while contributing to team results.
- Support brand standards, visual presentation, store initiatives, and team training.
- Provide guidance to colleagues and contribute to a professional, inclusive work environment.
- Sales experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience using digital tools to sell to customers is preferred.
