Sales Support Specialist: Customer Orders & Service
Trail Appliances BC is seeking a Sales Support Agent to deliver excellent customer service from post-sale through delivery. You will coordinate with Purchasing and Dispatch to ensure timely shipments and maintain accurate order records, while guiding customers through payment, installation, and delivery updates.
