Industrial Lubricant Sales Representative

Drive BOSS' Lubricants sales through technical customer service, industrial selling, and new-client development in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Build relationships while expanding market share.

This Industrial Lubricant Sales Representative markets and sells quality BOSS' Lubricants products to prospective and existing clients. The work combines outside sales, cold calling, customer research, and account service. You will present product proposals, follow leads, and respond to customer concerns. Success requires product knowledge, market awareness, and organized account administration.

• Develop sales strategies and new customer contact lists
• Set appointments and present BOSS' Lubricants product proposals
• Follow up leads and review sales calls
• Research customer operations and manage satisfaction
• Maintain client data, profiles, and sales statistics

• High school completion and basic oil or lubricant industry knowledge
• Two to five years of outside sales experience
• Cold calling and new contact development experience
• Computer skills with MS Office and database applications
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
