Outside Steel Sales Representative

Drive steel sales from Delta, BC, using territory development and customer relationship skills in a full-time, permanent position. Build business across industrial markets.

This Inside/Outside Sales Representative manages accounts, develops business, and grows territory sales for a Canadian metals distribution company. The position serves construction, manufacturing, and industrial customers. You will promote steel and metal products, understand requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.

• Develop territory sales strategies supporting revenue and growth targets
• Prospect, cold call, and visit customers for new business
• Manage existing relationships while developing new accounts
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer orders with internal teams
• Travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight trips

• One to three or more years metals sales experience
• Business development, territory management, or B2B sales experience
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
