Key Responsibilities:
• Lead customer base growth by securing upsell opportunities
• Educate clients on subscription benefits and upgrades
• Schedule proactive meetings to discuss business challenges
• Perform product demos showcasing features
• Create a reliable pipeline for growth opportunities
Requirements:
• 3+ years in account management or sales roles
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in SaaS or technology preferred
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
