Bank Loan Sales Officer

Drive loan sales through field marketing, referrals, and client relationships while promoting banking products to individuals and businesses.

As a Loan Sales Officer, you will acquire customers, explain loan products, and support applications through assessment and documentation. The work combines sales, customer relationship management, basic credit analysis, and repayment follow-up. Success requires communication, negotiation, market knowledge, and consistent attention to credit policies.

• Identify new loan customers through field marketing and referrals
• Promote loan products to individuals and businesses
• Conduct credit assessments and verify application documentation
• Follow up on disbursements and repayments
• Meet assigned sales targets and maintain client relationships

• OND, HND, or
  
  B.Sc in a relevant discipline
• Proven sales experience, preferably banking or microfinance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven approach and passion for sales
• Knowledge of the local market and business environment
