Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and via CCTV

• Prepare reports on theft incidents and merchandise recoveries

• Train new hires and provide ongoing loss prevention education

• Assist in conducting store audits and safety inspections

• Collaborate with local law enforcement and internal teams

Requirements:

• 1 year of retail loss prevention experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends

• High School graduate or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
