Retail Asset Protection Manager at Bass Pro

Your expertise in operational processes and training will help prevent loss and enhance profitability. This position requires collaboration with regulatory agencies and strong investigative skills to secure store integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead asset protection strategies for profitability

• Audit stores for compliance with asset protection programs

• Conduct internal and external investigations into theft

• Partner with inventory control to address loss sources

• Educate employees to support a culture of shrink elimination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

• 2-4 years in retail asset protection role

• Eligible for Firearm Possession License

• Security Guard License eligibility

• Experience with security systems such as CCTV
