Job Description

Westland Insurance Group is hiring a Senior Insurance Advisor located in Delta, BC
- Scottsdale. The role is onsite and requires a 35‑hour work week.

Hourly range: $22.20 – $22.75, adjusted for qualifications and internal equity.

• Promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products.
• Take ownership of client relationships and serve as a senior resource within the branch.
• Manage complex insurance cases, new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes.
• Deliver exceptional client service across phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Build lasting relationships, provide proactive support throughout the customer journey, including claims assistance.
• Identify sales opportunities, cross‑sell and upsell products.
• Contribute to business growth and support branch success through mentoring, training, reporting, and daily operations.

• Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Level 2 License and progress toward CAIB and/or CIP designation.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex client needs.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and grow business.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
