- Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate - Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years Tasks - Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
- Supervise other workers Support for newcomers and refugees
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees Support for youths
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth Support for mature workers
- Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers
