Punjabi Family Support Coordinator at REACH

REACH is looking for a dedicated Punjabi Parent Support Group Coordinator to enhance outreach efforts for neurodiverse families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide families through service access, overcome barriers, and ensure culturally sensitive care.
Your role will center on fostering connections within the community and facilitating various support sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop rapport using trauma-informed, family-centered approaches
• Assist families with referrals and service navigation
• Build community relationships for service knowledge
• Facilitate training and information sessions for parents
• Maintain monthly reports and client records
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human or social services
• One year of related experience preferred
• Proficient in Punjabi and English, other languages beneficial
• Experience working with families in diverse settings
• Ability to work collaboratively with community services
