Specialized Child Support Worker

Join Strive Living Society as a Specialized Child and Youth Support Worker in Delta. This part-time role focuses on providing personalized care for neurodiverse youth in a supportive setting.

Strive is seeking dedicated individuals to work in a one-on-one support environment. As a Specialized Child and Youth Support Worker, you will assist individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse diagnoses.

Your role will involve implementing safety and behavior support plans while building strong connections with the youth you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary support to individuals in a collaborative team setting

• Implement safety and behavior support plans under guidance

• Complete professional documentation and tracking sheets

• Assist with daily tasks such as meal prep and personal care

• Drive youth to community activities and appointments

Requirements:

• Class 5 BC Driver's License and clean abstract

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• First Aid and CPR Certification required

• Training in Positive Behavior Management

• Criminal Record Clearance and references
