As a Youth Support Worker, your primary focus will be to provide tailored assistance to neurodiverse children, promoting their well-being and personal growth. This role requires you to implement care plans and work closely with families to ensure effective support. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized support while working towards individual care goals
• Document daily activities and necessary reports thoroughly
• Facilitate recreational and daily living activities
• Maintain a safe and encouraging environment at all times
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
Requirements:
• Clean Class 5 BC Driver's License
• At least one year of relevant experience required
• First Aid and CPR certification needed
• Success in Positive Behavior Management is a plus
• Criminal Record Clearance and three references
