As a Community Living Worker at Sources Community Living Services, you will provide vital support to residents at Chestnut House.
Your role involves coaching life skills, assisting with personal care, and implementing individualized support plans. You will work with a compassionate team committed to promoting social wellness in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build meaningful relationships with residents
• Assist in designing and implementing support plans
• Provide personal care and meal assistance
• Administer medications and document activities
• Support individuals during medical appointments
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in social services preferred
• Experience in social services or mental health
• Class 5 Driver's license required
• Ability to lift and engage in physical activities
• Empathetic and emotionally intelligent approach
