We have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatcher to join our Transportation team, reporting to the Director of Transportation Services. The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is able to work in a highly collaborative environment with a strong attention to detail.

• Planning and performing the dispatch of trucks using Computer Dispatch
• Setting dispatch priorities to optimize performance
• Verifying and reconciling data entry
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Liaising closely with colleagues and customers of evolving changes to the dispatch plan

• Education/experience in Transportation Management or Logistics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem solving in a changing environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Professional communication in both written and spoken English

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Flexibility to all days and shifts, including availability for evenings or over the weekend may be required based on business and coverage needs.
