The Rail Loader role is a permanent full-time job that involves loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring they are securely placed within railcars. You will perform maintenance on safety equipment and assist with regular inspections to uphold company standards. Flexibility is important as you may work shifts from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load vehicles onto railcars meeting quality standards

• Perform door operations and equipment maintenance

• Ensure proper spacing and security of vehicles

• Conduct yard maintenance, including trash clean-up

• Collaborate effectively within the team

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education required

• Must possess a valid BC Class 5 driver's license

• Comfortable driving manual and automatic vehicles

• Capable of meeting physical job demands outdoors

• Dependable and possess strong communication skills
