Drive your career forward with Metro Supply Chain as a Class 5 Rigger Driver. This dynamic role involves transporting high-value items across Canada and providing superb customer service.
We require a flexible and motivated driver with a minimum of two years of commercial experience. You will be responsible for the safe transportation, assembly, and on-site demo of high-value products for our diverse clients. Commitment to safety and efficiency is paramount, as are effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport and assemble high-value goods securely
• Interact with clients and demonstrate product usage
• Complete necessary documentation accurately
• Maintain safe driving standards and vehicle cleanliness
• Follow safety and operational guidelines daily
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean Drivers’ Abstract required for employment
• Experience with high-end electronics preferred
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. when necessary
• Strong knowledge of local streets and navigation
