Elevate your career by becoming an Inbound Shipping Forklift Operator with our operations team. Use your skills to manage inventory and maintain safety within the warehouse environment.
We have an opportunity for a knowledgeable Shipper & Receiver/Forklift Operator. You will operate various lifting equipment and ensure the smooth transport of materials on and off trucks. Keeping the loading areas organized and adhering to safety regulations are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections for safety
• Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts
• Sort, catalog, and maintain clean inventory areas
• Report any shipment discrepancies to management
• Assist in material handling activities including packing
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of current forklift operating experience
• Comfortable using reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Familiarity with Automated Shipping Systems / RF Technology
• Strong ability to work within a team
• Ability to handle moderate to heavy lifting requirements
