Join our team as a Shipping Supervisor for the Day Shift, orchestrating shipping operations and guiding your team to success. Work closely with Customer Service for seamless logistics.
As a Supervisor in our shipping department, your role will be foundational for coordinating shipments and maintaining exceptional service quality. This full-time position includes organizing shipments, performing quality control, and aiding machine operators. Your proactive leadership will uphold operational excellence and a clean work environment while staying on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and organize the shipping/receiving team
• Schedule and prioritize daily shipping tasks
• Package and ship finished products accurately
• Monitor quality control procedures for shipped items
• Support Customer Service with inquiries and issues
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience using ERP systems
• Forklift operation expertise required
• Demonstrated reliability in previous roles
• Capable of lifting 40 - 70 lbs regularly
• Self-starter who can work independently
