FedEx Customer Representative Part-Time

Take on a part-time Customer Representative role with Fed Ex us on freight logistics, ensuring timely loading and sorting in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the team, you will perform freight operations while complying with Canadian customs regulations and maintaining efficiency. Individuals in this role should exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure. The shift is Monday to Saturday, with hours from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm PST and Thursday off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight accurately

• Scan and sort packages within the facility

• Complete necessary training and qualifications

• Familiarize with Fed Ex operations and products

• Ensure safety compliance throughout shifts

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and manage 150 lbs with tools

• Proficiency in a PC Windows environment

• Ability to handle stress in fast-paced situations
