In the role of Linehaul Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee the planning and dispatch of transport equipment to maximize capacity and minimize partial loads. This position involves coordinating with other departments and verifying compliance with safety regulations and DOT standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate processing and movement of Fed Ex trailers

• Ensure compliance with Linehaul dispatch and arrival rules

• Enter trip details into TMS for timely operations

• Report schedule delays and investigate equipment failures

• Review trailer load condition reports for completeness

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s preferred

• Previous dispatch experience desired

• Strong knowledge of logistics and routing

• Ability to manage resources efficiently

• Excellent problem-solving skills
