Courier Team Lead at FedEx

Lead daily operations as a Courier Team Lead rsee sort, delivery, and pickup activities while mentoring your team to excel in communication and leadership.

This role requires one year of courier experience and strong interpersonal skills. Working from Tuesday to Saturday, you will model best practices and ensure efficient operations. • Oversee daily sort, pickup, and delivery activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum one year of courier experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
