Enhance your logistics career with Lineage Logistics as a Traffic Clerk. This role involves coordinating driver assignments, managing shipment records, and engaging with delivery drivers.
As a Traffic Clerk, you'll be the first point of contact for delivery drivers. This vital role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office. Your responsibilities will include verifying product counts, coordinating with the warehouse team, and entering data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial contact for delivery drivers
• Receive, count, and log cash from carriers
• Ensure shipping documents are completed accurately
• Verify products for data accuracy in the system
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments as needed
Requirements:
• Basic math skills may be needed
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
• Comfortable lifting a minimum of 20 lbs.
