As a Field Linehaul Support Representative at Fed Ex, you will be integral in executing dispatch of transportation equipment while adhering to Company protocols. Your responsibilities include entering dispatch events into our TMS for accurate timing, verifying cargo loads, and reporting potential delays. Your commitment to safety and operational integrity will support our team in maintaining service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute dispatch following the Linehaul plan

• Enter dispatch events in the online TMS

• Maximize trailer volume for cargo shipments

• Conduct yard checks and submit inventory updates

• Communicate safety initiatives and schedule delays

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Dispatch experience preferred

• Must work varying shifts

• Ability to operate in a PC Windows environment

• Bilingual French and English preferred for Quebec residents
