Support customers through parts service and local deliveries in a hybrid store and delivery role requiring communication and safe driving.
This customer-focused position combines in-store assistance, parts order preparation, deliveries, pickups, and inventory support. You will help customers with product selection, sales, returns, and warranty transactions. You will also prepare accurate orders, maintain records, and support store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers in person and by phone
- Assist with parts inquiries, sales, returns, and warranties
- Prepare and verify orders and invoices
- Deliver and pick up products safely
- Receive, organize, and put away incoming stock
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and organized approach to multiple priorities
- Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds
- Automotive parts experience is an asset
