Warehouse Specialist

Job Title and Location

Warehouse Specialist - Delta, BC.

• Responsible for but not limited to picking orders and loading trucks.
• Ensure that stock is loaded safely, accurately and efficiently.
• Report any discrepancies to the Lead Hand and/or Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist with daily warehouse housekeeping tasks.
• Report all product or bin sizing errors to the Inventory Verifier using the Bin Location Report Form.
• Perform daily Pre-Trip Inspections on material handling equipment before being used.
• Successfully complete any material handling courses that are required to be taken.

• Previous or current experience with Raymond, Crown and/or forklifts & MHE required.
• Previous warehousing experience required.
• Certified to operate all MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer literate and knowledge of WMS systems an asset.
• Good communication skills required (able to read, write and speak English).
• Self‑motivated, dependable and reliable.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
• Good decision‑making skills and ability to work independently.
• Secondary School Graduate or related experience.

• Working onsite in a dry climate‑controlled warehouse environment.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment – company supplied.
• Minimal to moderate exposure to hazardous conditions, noise, and vibrations conducive to a warehouse environment.
• Repetitive physical activities including but not limited to lifting, bending, pushing and pulling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to operate Stand‑up Material Handling Equipment as required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work extended hours, which may be required from time to time.

Hourly wage of $32.24.
