Warehouse Worker

We are hiring a Warehouse Receiver to support a high-volume, fast-moving distribution operation. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, scanning, and placing incoming products to ensure efficient downstream order fulfillment. This is a process-driven, accuracy-focused role in a structured environment, ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active and working within clear workflows.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy.
• Scan and track inventory using RF scanners.
• Assign and place items into designated warehouse locations.
• Input and confirm inventory movement in internal systems.
• Maintain organization and flow within the warehouse.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience in receiving, picking, or inventory roles.
• 6+ months experience using RF Scanner for scanning product and tracking inventory.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

• Experience in high-volume distribution environments is preferred.
• Previous work in retail distribution or logistics is a plus.
• Experience with WMS systems, such as SAP or similar platforms, is advantageous.
• Ability to follow process-driven tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Work Environment

Work in a high-throughput distribution setting that processes approximately 6,500 units daily through receiving and inspection, with store distribution averaging around 800 items per location. The operation is flow-based, allowing products to move quickly through the system, supported by structured processes and defined workflows. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems in your daily tasks. The position is based at 529 Annance Court, Delta BC , with a dress code of STWB.

The shift is the first shift, from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delta, BC.

The pay range for this position is $23.55 - $23.55/hr.
