Forklift Reach Operator

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Forklift Reach Operators in the warehouse industry in Delta, British Columbia. Our client is currently seeking an experienced and safety‑focused forklift operator to support warehouse operations in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to efficiently manage material handling while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

• Safely load and unload materials, including fragile goods, from trailers and transport vehicles
• Operate an electric forklift to move, stage, and store products within the facility
• Accurately scan and track inventory using RF equipment
• Stack and organize materials in designated locations following inventory procedures
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Ensure all loads are secure prior to movement
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support additional warehouse duties as required

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations (preferred) as a forklift operator
• Valid forklift certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg on a regular basis
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
