Warehouse Lead

Position: Warehouse Lead at lululemon
Drive excellence in warehouse operations with lululemon as a Warehouse Floor Lead. This contract position focuses on coaching and developing team skills from Thursday to Sunday.

In this role, you will lead and mentor Warehouse Associates and Forklift Drivers, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. You will provide on-the-job training and support, fostering an inclusive environment while enhancing team performance. Your ability to track performance and oversee daily operations ensures smooth workflow within the Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and train Warehouse Associates on standardized processes

• Provide functional training and remove operational bottlenecks

• Support daily workforce planning with clear communication

• Assess skill levels and improve job performance through feedback

• Track departmental supplies and restock as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of warehouse functions and processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and maintain safety standards

• Flexibility with schedule, including weekends and holidays
